Rear-Ended the Other Day

So basically I was sitting in the parking lot of a diner the other night with two friends planning a route home and some girl backs-up right into my car. I was so

She was on her phone texting. I saw the whole thing unravel at the last minute in my rear-view mirror. Cop came later because I couldn't see the damage at first and needed a report for insurance (just in case).

All in all, this is the second time my car's been hit from behind without any dents - just a scuff which a minor paint job will fix. I must say I'm impressed with the durability despite the outer shell being flimsy in parts.

Same thing on mine, but my paint cracked. It didn't chip, but there are now three vertical cracks about 1.5 long. Don't know how to fix it.
