Did mine in 2min. But I had the engine cover and intake off to swap it! Lol. 4 bolts, one plug, that's it! literally took longer to open the box! Haha

What gains/ differences did you get out of the throttle body?

Maybe a few whp? The big reason I got it was the stock throttle response was kinda sluggish. MUCH better after the swap!

The stock throttle response is really bad... I noticed that pulling into traffic the other day and thought to myself I'm glad he wasn't closer. I saw another person on here say it ran better idling and cold? Have you noticed this or is it placebo?

I think a 2011 with the lfx intake that jacfab offers and long tube headers would make a better v6 than the current '12-13' just .02

I didn't notice any idle or cold issues before? Mine is cam'd now so it would be hard to tell!

He has a v8 so its not that bad on v6 since they have cams(more than 1) with timing phasersit might be more eexpensive.
