Tire size for Hurst Performance wheels

We've been looking at replacing our stock wheels on the 2SS and after looking at just about everything, we're leaning toward the Hurst Performance wheels. These are at the top end of my price range and given that, I'd like to be able to move over the stock P-Zero's (the only have 3k on them) to keep the costs down.

The Hurst wheels are 20x10 vs 20x9 in the rear and 20x9 vs 20x8 in the front. So, the question is will the stock 245s/275s work on these rims? I realize that most tires fit a range, but I just wanted some input....and there's never a shortage of that here!

Move the rear 275 to the front and buy a new tire for the rear.

Yes, they will fit just fine. I have my 275's on 10" rears and my 245's on 8-1/2" fronts. BTW, I love those Hurst Wheels....wish I could afford them!!! You're car will look wicked!!!

that is actually not correct.. The REARS on the Hurst wheels are 20x11 for the Camaro only!

I wish someone had the exact specs on the Hurst 20x9 and 20x11 wheels. The offsets I've seen reported especially for the rears are way too aggressive to fit 305 or 315 tires without hanging out past the fender. I find it hard to believe Hurst designed these wheels to fit stock tires as the 11" rear is way too wide for a 275 tire.

I saw the Hurst booth at the Hot Rod Power Tour and both cars had 305 on the rear. They did stick out a bit to far for my liking and I'm guessing if you lower your car much you will have rubbing issues.

offset bolt pattern center bore

Camaro front 20" x 9" 32 mm 5 x 120 mm 70.6 mm
Camaro rear 20" x 11" 40 mm 5 x 120 mm 70.6 mm

ask as you shall receive!.. They will fit almost flush with the car lowered on an Eibach Coilover kit.. KENJI can give you additional details, pics etc and no they are not designed to fit stock tires, especially the rears

Unfortunately +40mm offset on the 20x11 is 5mm too little. You need +45mm or more offset on a 20x11 for a 305/35/20 or 315/35/20 tire to tuck inside the fender and for the tire not to hit the fender in a bump, especially a lowered car. The same issue with the BBS CH-R wheels exists, their 20x10.5 has a +34mm offset and it too needs 5mm or more positive offset to tuck the 305 or 315 tire under the fender well. Real shame as both the Hurst and BBS CH-R wheels are beautiful but not at the correct offset. Plus they are available and of impeccable quality.

No problems with the Hurst wheels here. The car is lowered on Eibach coil-overs (about 1" to 1.5" in the rear at the moment and in the photos). The fenders were not modified and there are more than our fair share of bumps and potholes in the LA area. Never had any rubbing . I'm running Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 Tires 305/35ZR20/XL on the rear (255/40ZR20/XL front) and don't think they look like they stick out too much... but judge for yourself:

I have a set of these Hurst Wheels for my Camaro and they are 20 x 9 and 20 x 11. I will be running 275/40 front and 315/35 rears with a special surprise. I should have the tires in about two weeks. My Hurst Shifter came in today, and I have the Hurst Equipped Badge to go along with it and the wheels.

Well.... did the 315's work on the Hurst wheels? What offsets did you get?
