Everything i taped off is perfect because if you leave about a half inch uncovered, the remaining plastidip will peel right off.

looks awesome! Have you had much prior experience with plastidip or painting in general?

Around the hood and doors I didn't tape off (I'm assuming you mean the gaps in between the door and the body and the hood and the front bumper/fenders?). If any dip overspray gets in there they have a spray on their website that re-liquifies it. Yes it is my DD and i drive a lot so hopefully it will keep nicely. And finally it took 4 gallons but personally I would recommend 5 just so everything looks perfect.

Nice Job Dude! That stuff is amazing. And a Big Job Too! That took ya a few hours, probably just as much time taping off as it did to paint. Be interesting to see how it holds up. I'm pulling off my wheels for another install so I may do them matte black, they're already black, but the Plasti dip would really protect them in the long run. I figure a can per Wheel so like under $25 for all four. Since I'm pulling them off anyway, why not! Keep us posted on how it last against the elements.
