Guys, you should really consider getting bras for your cars.... I think I'm going to order one over the winter.

I havent seen one of those type of bra's forever. Everyone use's 3M now from what ive seen. In the 80's i left mine on all summer and when i took it off to clean it the paint was all faded and scratch to hell from the bra rubbing with the dirt and dust that got inside. Looks good though think im going to pass.

My post was directed at RickRay, and the gang going to Georgia

This will only be in use when we go on long distance trips. These things are not designed to be left on all the time... You need to make sure the car, and bra are clean before installing = no issues.

The 3M bra is too expensive, and it's always on ( don't like the lines that are visible ).

I'm still thinking about this. But I donno. Pretty busy at that time of year. The wife is even busier so she wouldn't be going. 1,900 kms each way - that's a hell-of-a-lot of km's before the summer really even starts!

Guys they tried to put a clear bra on mine three different times and couldn't get it right. On some colors it might look ok but against the aqua blue every line wrinkle etc showed up. Actually had people ask me what was wrong with the front of my car. finally had it peeled off and got my money back.

I would have gone too Scott, but 24 hours of driving to get there.....

Hey, why don't you and your wife join Gary/Cindy ( HINEY1 ), Joanne/myself at the Punta Cana meet 'n' greet ?

What brand did you get Dave, was it 3M ?....

I really don't care how it looks, as long as it saves me from having to repaint my bumper again I'll only be using it for long distance hauls.

I'm not trying to sway anyone, but have seen discussion about flying in for the fest (I know it's a long way from Canada) and just wanted to let you know that Hartsford International Airport, Atlanta, has Avis that I've seen online rents the Camaro. V6 and V8. you can reserve online as well.

So go back to your significant others and get yourselves in more trouble, lol!

p.s. my roots come from Kamloops, B.C., father's home town.
