Next time you go we will have to make sure we run in the same class. Not sure if I will be able to do the later Sept one because of work...

not to hijack .. .but. . . .
danny popp, detroit speed and all the optima battery stuff on speed will be here. you guys that are close should come out and play. for 150 bucks you can drag, dyno, speed stop and autocross til you drop. i mean, its not a real road track but its a fun event.

I know, I am excited. I hope to get a catch can or 1LE oil separator by then. I got the new "strong" MAF sensor coming this week. Never realized I had a weak MAF sensor until I had to clean my Vararam after Gingerman.

Mid Ohio is getting dang pricey. $200 for 1 hour???

Nelson Ledges, which is not nearly as nice of a track, was like $150 for 5+ hours private track rental. We all left because we were TIRED, not because we were out of track time. Heck, they have several open "FunDays" a month. 6 hours open track, $130. Thats less than $22 an hour.

We should try to schedule a track day up there sometime.

Mid Ohio is pricey but its worth doing occaisonally. I'll see if I can free my schedule up one of those two days some of you will be at the track and maybe I can make it up!

5hrs nonstop on the track?! I have never seen any track do that, not sure I would want to. it is always 20 minutes on, 40 minutes off. when we went 2 gingerman, it was still only 2hrs of actual track time.
the dates most recently are full days. Which will be 1.5 to 2hrs of actual track time.

defiantly the most fun I have ever had on the track. I never pushed that hard and laughed so much in one day at the track. Thank you tlstwin For keeping it exciting! Cant wait to see all the video!

I stretched the body to make it a 4 door, but I swapped in the 3.6L DI V6 for fuel economy. Then I picked up a corvette body around the V8. I also swapped the body for a C2 Z28. (In short I traded it for three cars, a Corvette Z06r, a C2 Camaro Z28, and a Cadillac CTS Summer Performance package 3.6L DI with Aisin 6spd.)
