Good Paint Scuff Mark Remover

First, it does not remove deep paint scratches. There I said that. But, yesteday I bought Mequires Scratch X 2.0 because someone at a gun show put a dime size dent in my fender and a 9 inch scuff mark on the fender. I was going to but a glaze polish for it but I saw this stuff and said why not? I have never had one iotta of success with scratch removers. This stuff kicked that scuff mark off with no trace remaining. I then went around and hit a few other places I had and they are gone and I mean gone. A good resin polish may have done the same thing but I am very impressed with how fast the mark was removed. I am passing it around at work to others to see how it works on other paint systems.

Don't forget to follow up with a 50/50 IPA wipe down and then with your favorite LSP.

Well IPA is isopropyl alcohol...so that would be anything you can find at your local supermarket pharmacy section.

LSP--- you will get a million opinions from everyone. For an OTC product I'd recommend Meg's NXT 2.0. Great stuff, great value. If you wanna step it up, I'd recommend Adam's Machine Superwax or Americana. It's really up to you. Just try out different waxes.
