Reduced Engine Power
I keep getting Reduced engine power when I stomp on the accelerator pedal, is the problem that there might be a dead spot in the pedal that needs replaced or the throttle body? I have 109,400K miles.

Code
The code was P2135 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A/B Voltage Correlation
Yes I had ABS and traction control on and no, I have no throttle controller. After 10 min with the engine off I turn the car on and it goes away, the next day If i drive a couple of miles and the code disappears and gives me a message historic fault. |

the pedal assembly may need replaced it has a potentiometer in it to delay response from the input so you get better mileage and don't loose traction. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the pedal and see if any of the connection s have any corrosion and clean connections first. Also hope you are keeping it maintained and have done a deep engine cleaning and throttle body cleaning and maf cleaning.

Check all the wiring on the side of the throttle body . Make sure there are no wires, pinched, burnt, loose, likewise

Wires
I did that already and checked the wires on the throttle body and found nothing wrong but what I've noticed when I turn the key to the on position the throttle flap makes a loud grinding noise, I don't know if that's a normal sound. I guess the only thing to do is first replace the accelerator pedal and if that doesn't help the throttle body is next.
