Have any of you had an issue with a rattling sounding noise comming from your catch cans?

Is it like a grinding noise? Mine did that when I first installed it and Tracy from RX sent me a new valve and no more noise. Contact Tracy he will hook you up.

I think it was something to do with sitting all winter, and just needing to be warmed up and used. After a short drive to the gas station all was good again.

I had that exact same noise, it was incredibly annoying. I got in touch with Tracy and he sent me another check valve. I unscrewed the old one and put in the new one, fixed the problem! I'm 99% sure that's your issue just let Tracy know.
