Hello, search on Youtube for Zaino demonstrations on how to apply the polish. Here is one:

Great information!

Thanks,

You'll want to dampen the applicator with either water (which I use) or detailing spray. It will help in spreading the polish. Remember, a little goes a long way. A dime sized dollop will do an entire body panel, ie; fender, door, etc.

Hey Moose, any advice with Zanio on a SIM colored car?

Hey Bobby!

Well, that's my leading candidate for the color I'll choose when I finally order.

Here's what I'd do;

1. A good bath with 'Dawn' to make sure the paint is clean.
2. Zaino Clay Bar treatment
3. A second bath using Zaino's Show Car Car Wash

* Depending on the paint condition, ie; swirls....

4. One coat of Zaino Z5 PRO Show Car Polish for Swirl Marks
(If paint is satisfactory at this point only one coat of Z5 is needed at this point.)
5. Two coats of Zaino Z2 PRO Show Car Polish

*Make sure and use proper towels (check out the blond towels at www.zainobros.com)

This will give you a good "base" of protection and incredible shine, as well as very good durability. You can also build upon the coats as needed, which will only add to the protection, durability, and shine.

I hope that helped? Please let me know if I can help you further.

Question? What is so special about Dawn? Why should I use that on my car instead of a soap made for cars?

I've heard that same thing. I got my A$$ chewed for using dish soap before. Maybe Dawn is different

You only use 'Dawn';

- If you've used a wax/polish other than Zaino and are planning on using Zaino polish on your vehicle. You need to strip the old wax/polish off.

- If the car is new, I do it as an extra step to remove any contaminants, ie; grease, oils, etc., from the paint prior to detailing.

I would never recommend using 'Dawn' or any dish washing liquid to wash a car other than for the reasons above. It's basically a means of giving you a "clean sheet" to begin your detailing process on.
