Twins gone from Transformers 3?

http://www.usatoday.com/life/movies/...tm?csp=usat.me

Quote:
"One thing we're getting rid of is what I call the dorky comedy," Bay adds. So the twins, the two bumbling, slang-spewing robots? "They're basically gone," he says, though John Turturro returns for comic relief.
Quote:
While Optimus Prime, Megatron and even Sam all have died and been resurrected, di Bonaventura says this film will have no do-overs: Die, and that's it.
Looks like this could be a good movie

Those guys were asinine and ridiculous. My son loved them while I loathed them. I'm glad they're gone.

Besides Megan Fox... who paints like that really...

She's gone in 3 too. Too bad Bay didn't go too.

He was funny too....at least the first two times I saw the movie. Admittedly, he did get old kinda fast.

Ya, I'm with you on this one. Don't think I'll miss Megan Fox either, although I'm sure you guys will disagree on that one.

that lying piece of crap!!!

"As a trilogy, it really ends," he says. "It could be rebooted again, but I think it has a really killer ending."

He promised he wasn't going to make a trilogy out of this. that he was going to keep evolving the story line and pushing it further and further as time goes on.

WTF!!!!! thank goodness the twins are gone. sucks that megan's leaving. but making a trilogy is whats going to kill this franchise for good. This genre had the chance to go onto be similar to the Alien saga with movies that were above and beyond. but no. its going to be a trilogy. he must think that he's created something akin to Star Wars....

but i saw pics of the 'twins' in car mode but now they are both black with green and orange graphics and they are both based on the same car a production version of one of the 2 concepts they based them on (the green one).

Hot as both can be in the right light n make up n lack of clothes, its as much of an illusion as the autobots.
