h/c/g ls7 ss vs z06 cam only

We will be pitting my 2012 Camaro Ss with a 246/254 650/638 LSA 111 camshaft,3.91 gears, 3500 stall, PRC 285cc heads that flow over 400cfm and full Bolton's the z06 will have a cai, long tube headers, and the prowler cam and i think he has a twin disk clutch. So who takes it?

Is 650/638 your hp/tq numbers at the flywheel? Did not see any sc or tc on your mod list. Even with those numbers I think its not going to happen against a Z06 especially not a modded/cammed one.

vettes have such a major power to weight ratio over us (camaro's) that you will need a lot more power to beat one in a drag...

I think that is the lift of the cam for intake and exhaust, since he is giving the other cam specs in the same line.

Need info on tires used for both cars plus driving skill of ZO6 owner. A full bolt on and cammed C6 ZO6 is a low 10 second car with the right driver and traction. It takes about 600RWHP to put our cars in the low 10's so I'm sorry bro but unless he can't drive or is using street tires you are at a big disadvantage.

What I was thinking.

C5 zo6 you should win. C6 zo6 you should lose.

But your car being set up for the track with an auto and a stall I am assuming you will have some sticky tires out back. You may just beat the c6 zo6 if he is running street tires. Not going to be that easy launching that car with a stick shift.

If you go from a roll and or the c6 is hooking it will be a faster car than yours no doubt. I cant see you losing to the c5.

Its a c6 z06 he has never been to the track he is more a roll street racer yet I want a dig so I think I have a slight advantage there but what has me a bit worried is that 3180 weight he has!

C6 z06 cammed should win if he knows how to drive. Mechanically, he has the faster car....from a stop, or from a roll. Anyone who thinks otherwise has never driven a c6z. They are sick.

If he cant drive and you can hook, you will give him an 'L' in the 1/4!

Mark my words though, he will be coming HARDDDDDD with a lot of steam.

If the vettes on street tires and the first time to the track, then experience will win this race (you).
