Well while this is back up, has this feature been confirmed?

I would never, ever use this. Many times when I go to change lanes it takes me more than three blinks to look over my shoulder, start moving, and complete the lane change smoothly. Maybe not when its an empty road, but definitely during traffic. When I turn my blinker on to change lanes, my pointer and middle fingers stay on the turn signal lever until after I am fully merged into the other lane. THEN I turn the signal off.

Its just one of those things that's a waste of money in my mind.

i take the view that if i am in front of you and then later that i am not in front of you that you will probably figure out that i changed lanes, and that if your driving and no one is in front of you but then later i am in front of you that you will probably figure out i merged in front of you. mainly people in my area are jerks and as soon as you turn the blinker on they will speed up to block you. So i like the three blinks. if they hit me i can show that i did use my signals, but it doesnt give them time to react and take my window away.

Even our lowly economied 2008 GMC Work Trucks have the 3 blink feature and I like it. I will bet money that the new Camaro will have this feature. Any takers?

I can confirm that the 2010 Camaro does have this feature. Slight tap on the lever, 3 flashes of the turn signal

Well now, that makes it a little more fair then! I am guessing that it is a pull-click version.

I bet that you tap your foot on the switch for the high beams, just like they did in the "old" days

I bet the high beams are controlled by the left stalk on the steering column. Pull to blink them, push to keep them on.

...am I right?

Oh, I wish! My '76 Caddy is like that and I love it. Keeps your hands free to be on the wheel and the shifter (or the e-brake, but I would NEVER do that! )
