Camaro Died
It was really cold last couple of days, We got as low as -22 and then my camaro won't start anymore. Before it happened all of the codes you can think of started showing and it said battery save mode my CD player keeps taking out the cd that was in it and it was in and out until I took it off. The dome lights were on and off. Almost the same thing happened with my GMC envoy but it started after I let it ON for awhile before I turned the ignition my camaro however after the incident wont do anything anymore... :(
I thought a battery heater would do the trick but after I put it on I heard a clicking sound and it is coming from my engine bay when I took a closer look it is coming from the passenger side. My camaro is out in the driveway and is freezing to death :(

Trying to find the engine block heater cord, I found where the clicking noise is coming from. It's coming from the fuse box and you can really feel the clicking by putting your hand over the cover!
Anyways I found the engine block heater cord and my car is already plugged right now and hopefully it will do the trick!

sounds like the relays are clicking, sounds like a dead battery, or a loose terminal connection. i'd run a voltage test on the battery =)

have you checked your anti-freeze? The stock juice is good for -10 so you might need to add some.

and block heaters are for diesels!!!!! I would add a second battery if continues to be an issue. they are really easy to put in, the cables are right there. |
