one of my fathers recently good friends was murdered last week .he was a great guy and a great friend of my family...and he owned and operated woodbridge custom auto and choppers...sadly, he was taking care of my 1st gen, and my 1980 vette... now i have them both home ill take some pictures... there was also some things i got to take from his shop ... one of them being a burly 427 ls7 crate motor costing over 35000
any ideas where to put this... my vette was also dyno'd at 523 rwhp @383ci
no idea what to do with the motor...suggestions? chevelle? impala? bel air? camaro? truck? buh...

Those are terrible circumstances to get anything. I'm sorry to hear about that.

On the other hand, you have a potential dragster in one of your old cars. I'd drop in the lightest car you got, throw on some slicks, and build that beast! You just got yourself a pet monster.

ive got a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gen that that LS7 would go great in. might even be able to get a 1st gen...if i could get an engine

btw sam were bouts u located in ontario? i unno but u sound alot like my friends, dads friend cause i rember him talken about his friend haven a 80 vette, 68 camaro, bel air...

i live in king city... the family friend of mine...his name was gus... he was canada's strongest man from 1992-1996 or something like that... his shop was in woodbridge near the baton rouge... the woodbride locals know of an old hotspot gym woodbridge family fitness...that was co owned by my father and gus... i cant give out names to much because my father is on trial... and the murderer hasn't been caught...(no talk about trial)the autopsy is still going and it doesn't really matter he was such a great guy ...to me anyways...someone didn't like him... on the other scope i would love to put this engine in a car and paint a rhino on it that was his nickname...your right its bad grounds to get anything but he knew my passion for cars and my dad scooped the motor im getting the beast tomorrow... but i still dont know what im going to put it in...
its the newest version of the ls7 drysump crate motor 505 hp 470 lbsft able to attain 27 mpg... help!!

i have a 1st gen 302 and when i drive up north im going to need to adjust and adjust... how many problems do you think im going to encounter with the crate... i want to buy a restored engine-less car

if the 4 banger comes out for the camaro it will slove so many problems for me... ill get good insurance cuz of 4 cyl... and then ill drop my 427 in that

The problem is insurance won't pay for the replacement LS7 if someone crashes into you and totals the car. That or the insurance cost will be higher as you put in a hi-po engine. How can you afford all those cars/engines? What do your parents do?
