CDC Sport Bar qualify in racing?

Going to be taking my vert to a track day in Brainerd MN raceway track. They require roll over protection. The CDC bar seems very sturdy to me. I have one installed now and am wondering if anyone else has done a race event and the sport bar cleared safety as roll over protection?

I would be willing to bet that they will not allow it unless the track is super lenient. The sports bar is not a functional roll bar. It is for style, not function, sorry.

I wanted to go to the track last year with my car,but after reading that a vert needs a full roll cage I decided against it.
