If the rain lets up going to track it on Sunday. I am a complete novice. There is something called a drag n lap. A quarter mile then a lap around the track. Pretty excited about it. Still haven't figured out how the fit a helmet between the top of my head and the roof. I will make it work.

Drag Racing comes to NOLA Motorsports Park in a unique way...run the quarter mile then charge hard into our twisting road course. Can't get em' on the straight? Catch 'em in the curves. The search for the fastest vehicle and driver is on!

Had to go in to work today...I work right next to the pacific aviation museum. So here's a pic...the jet in the back (you can really only see the tail) is one of the Hawaii air nat'l guard's. if I get a chance I'll move the car and try to get a better pic later
