Hey Jeff, long time no see! This is Brandon, my dad, Jim, has the 73 LT from MD. I remember you telling us about the car. Sad to see you have to sell it. Do you happen to know if that is the orignal motor from the car?

Yeah, I hate it also. I had big plans for it, but financially it is better for me to sell it than to buy my wife a new car and spend a lot of money restoring it to a show car. I wanted the ZL1 from the beginning, but never thought GM would build that car. It is actually cheaper for me to just buy the ZL1 and my wife can drive it and enjoy it...and me too. We are going to keep the Tahoe and run that the majority of the time. I have some already interested in it and found a ZL1 for a good price out in Oregan. If all goes well, I'll have a deposit on it by this weekend.

The previous owner thinks it is the original, but I don't have 100% proof. It has been rebuilt and have receipts back to the late 70's.

Do you know who you sold this to? You bought this off my Father John Doyle, we are currently looking for it.
