13 C7 Corvette

how do u guys like the C7? I don't like its rear end since it looks like a camaro. I really like the aluminium frame and carbon fiber hood and roof. I don't like the DI engine since my V6 has misfire problems due to deposits on intake valves(can't be fixed until now..). I think gm should use the old V8, who cares about a corvette's mileage?

I am glad that I have a V6 camaro, because I won't feel guilty when buying a C7.(not sure when I will buy it, wanna see if the DI engine is OK. I won't trade in my camaro for sure)

Not a huge fan of the way it looks, but it's growing on me.
The technology and performance value of it though makes it worth buying alone.

I simply love it. Going to be real hard to wait for the Z06 replacement.

I don't like the back much, but it might look different in person. I wonder if they'll release a ZR1? Probably gonna be over 150k.

Why would GM use an old, outdated engine?

This X 1,000. The C6 is an amazing car for the money. The only complaints against the C6 were the overall plastic look of the car (dubbed "The Plastic Fantastic" for a reason) and the low rent interior complete with lousy seats. It's hard to tell from the photos if the body panels will still have the plastic look and feel to them so I'll reserve judgement until I see one in person. The interior looks significantly improved and from the reviews I've read so far it is leaps and bounds better than the C6. Not to mention there are two seating options now and both at least "look" to be higher quality/more supportive.

Overall, I think GM will continue to extend the lead the C6 has over it's competition with the new C7. It's a little better in every way and that is exactly what Chevrolet needed to accomplish.
