Just a heads up, Palmetto chevy in Conway S.C. has a blue ZL1. MSRP is $80k, this is the most honest dealer that I've spoken with, no doc fees and $19 plate fee. If interested call Johnny Collins 843-492-0246.

Well I did not get my ‘24 Summit White ZL1/M6 order allocated. So it paid off doing the inventory search a couple weeks ago and putting a deposit down on one “In Transit” to UT. So I am the new owner of a 2024 Black ZL1/M6, PDR, CF Hood Insert, Red Seat Belts. I’ll fly out hopefully on the 1st and have the carrier there to load (enclosed) and bring to my house here in CA. I can’t thank Doug Smith Chevrolet enough in Spanish Fork, UT. They have been so helpful and sell price is MSRP no markup or add Ons. Car should be on their lot tomorrow or Monday from the rail yard in SLC.

Finally 6 weeks later to the day my invoice and window sticker have been printed and should show up in the system. Come on Jack Cooper let's get this done.

Just talked to Jasmin at Chevy Chat and was told this...

You at 21:52, Oct 25:
So if the order hasn't been accepted by October 19th it won't be accepted?

Jasmin at 21:54, Oct 25:
It will still be accepted yes! It means "waiting in line to be accepted." All the orders that were placed before yours are currently being produced and shipped off that way we can fully accept the next batch of orders and get them rolling towards production.

Cancelled the order Monday and requested my deposit back.
As of today (Wednesday the 25th) it still hasn't been accepted by GM.

The dealers on the Chevy site and their web page doesn't remove a car that has a deposit on it. Makes it harder for the buyers.

Chevy chat became useless to the buyer once they stopped giving event codes. If they would just give us a simple 6 character number it would save 45 minutes of endless paragraphs of lead on bullshit that leaves the consumer more confused that when they started.

I can confirm this, I bought mine over phone/text/email from out of state and had the full price paid for by wire Friday and it stayed up on the website until late Monday to early Tuesday.

Not all dealers are that way. I found my ‘23 Camaro on the website, and it was removed by the dealer during the hour I was driving it home. Before that, at another dealer, a Corvette I ordered was removed the same day Chevy posted it - about three weeks before it arrived at the dealer.

Actually waiting on mine to be delivered to the dealer, ETA is 10/26 to 10/29, the car showed up on the dealer website when it was waiting to be shipped, and as soon as the the car started moving on the rails more than a week ago, it disappeared from the dealer website

I know I have stated this, but Serra Whelan in Sterling Heights, MI. has a min of 4 out front on the main display. 2 are black, 1 is a shark, i cannot remember the fourth. And I do not work there, just trying to help those who didn't get theirs

My car has officially been delivered...
Now, I am a little nervous about driving it home!

I have an 88 IROC 5 speed, but I've never driven around anything newer with a standard transmission.

Will I be able to get used to it quickly? Or will I make a fool of myself getting out of the lot? Lol

My learning curve was the clutch has a long throw and trying to figure out the engagement point. Which led to, where do I place my seat comfortably. I think I tinkered with seat settings for 3 days before I found the right comfy spot for clutch to engage

Rad, im sure I'm just working myself up. I've been speechless since hearing about it being delivered. Going to go check it out today, but its still in the body shop getting some additional options.

Excited to be a proper part of the forums here and joining the club of the last ICE Camaro.

Lots of emotions here as I remember helping my dad fix up his 69' when I was in high school and driving it in, eventually buying myself an 89', and now finally getting a new one.

Its been a wild journey and I forsee many beautiful rides in this vehicle.
