EXPEDITE to Customer on Window Sticker? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

It may be nothing but, I was just browsing through some window stickers on the New Chevy.com site and noticed this entry on only one of the window stickers. Don't remember ever seeing this before? -
ORDER TO DELIVERY EXPEDITE TO CUSTOMER
Is this a RUSH Delivery or one of those coveted "move to the head of the line orders"?
It's pretty basic 1LT. It's IBM so that probably rules out it being a dealer display car and I may have missed it, but I didn't see "early order activity" on the sticker. The vin is 6841, so it was built fairly recently also.

Definately sounds like something I'd want to see on my order!

it means get it there before we find something else wrong with it

There were a few cars that got rejected because of quality problems. The people that ordered these cars had new orders placed automatically and they were expeditied for this reason.

Agree...Looks like somebody at COUNTRYSIDE CHEVROLET has some major pull at GM or, maybe they know the "Double Super Secret GM Handshake" that gets orders push through quick?

So do you loose the "early order activity" code on your car if car gets rejected and you have to re-order? If so, that kind of sucks!

hmmm not sure. I just know from reading some of the other threads where pre-order customers that had cars on hold for quality are getting their re-ordered cars expedited. I would think that the RPO could would still be there.

You guys, you have to take these with a grain of salt.... do notice the 34hwy milage for the MPG.... i dont think all the info on these is right.

The link isn't quite right because of the pvc code. I think 1062 is for a Cobalt. The one below is better.

I have that statement on my window sticker that I printed out from the web site, but it is not on my actual window sticker. I think it says that for sold orders, ie cars ordered for customers.
