I have to say nothing works well from Autozone & O'reilly. I tried so many of kind products, Sonax is the only one I'm happy with. I just hate to see how dirty wheels are.

I throw some Dawn ultra in a bucket of hot water and use a brush and micro fiber and wash them and rinse with a garden hose . works fine for me . I then give them a coat of REJEX sealer and go down the road with clean wheels .

I use Daytona Speed Master brushes for the wheel barrels and a set of Mothers Wheel and Tire brushes along with some Chemical Guys Citrus Wash and Gloss from one of their foaming sprayers to clean the wheels, tires and wheel wells, it works great. I started using the Citrus Wash and Gloss after getting tired of going through one too many 16oz bottles of Sonax/Einszett in a short period of time. I have been pretty happy with how it has worked and it is a lot cheaper than the smaller bottles.

I just recently purchased some Meguiars D143 Non Acid wheel cleaner to try out after hearing some good things from everyone. It comes in a 1 gal bottle for about $20 and can be diluted up to 4:1 so it should go a very long way and is safe for any type of wheel. I haven't tried it out yet but I have let my wheels get extra dirty recently and will be using it on the next wash.

Since I have the blacked out rims anyway the brake dust and dirt doesnt show as badly. About once a month I just get out the pressure washer and blow them off. Gotta luv the blacked out wheels.

Speedmaster brush, sonax full effect cleaner, ceramic coating.
Once coated the dust just sprays off.

I use a wheel brush, it's long/narrow, that I got at Walmart and I use spong paint brush things from Home Depot for cleaning around the lug nuts and calipers... And yes, "things" is a technical term :-)

Simple Green and pressure washer.
Also Dawn soap, microfiber rag or soft toothbrush and pressure wash as needed...

Nothing is worse than dirty Rimzz.

Soap and Water plus one my chairwith wheels to roll around on. It takes about 10-15 minutes to clean each wheel so it helps if your comfortable while detailing

I just turned 50 today. I have had both hips replaced and my left knee replaced. Creeper seat or not, I hate doing these wheels, but I love my car!
