Must be nice to be home!

At least I figured out that I've been running with a broken converter for the last few months. I'm actually happy to have figured it out!!!

I think it was a 2011 maybe 2010. I don't know Mustangs well enough to tell you really. I just know it said Shelby across the back when I pulled in to the staging lane. I didn't see the back of it after that. FYI I blew every other run that day so I am making the most of this one.

Where you at? How'd you figure on the converter?

I'm in Harrisonburg VA dead stopped in traffic!

On the converter. Since may my 60' has been .1 slower. Also, the 1/2 shift chatters the car like a mofo and the 3/4 is lazy as hell. It takes forever. So that, and help from to techs here that now the car narrowed it down to a broken Sprag in the converter. It's something going on inside there. It was dragging out the shifts on the return road yesterday too.

Just wanted to thanks Regina for putting this awesome event together and say I had tons of fun!

It was a pleasure meeting all of the people that I could as well as cruising up with the TBC and TCC5 guys from WildWood. I'll have pictures posted up soon on the other thread as well as a few videos I shot.

It was well worth the 2400 miles for 6 passes!

The drag racing was the least important part of it all. I can do that anywhere. Meeting the rest of the Camaro lunatics was def a blast!!

The converter seems logical. I'm just gonna have it pulled and sent out. Then I'll get to see how she does.

They flew our. I'm solo. I left at 6am and was hauling ass. I was on a pace to be home at 12:30 tonight. I've been stuck in traffic since 6 in VA. I just got routed off the highway so that's not good. The entire area is smells like smoke. Like so bad it's hars to breathe. So some serious shit is going down. I can't see 100 feet in front of me it's so smokey.
