I know there has been a lot of talk about quality & experience of installation of stripe packages. Therefor I would like to get your personal preference on the following:

1) Factory installed stripes

2) Dealer installed stripes

The factory guys will be doing it every day, not once in a while. And it's a little cheaper. Of course if you want any color other than white or cyber gray, it is a moot point.

And the factory stripes will be installed on the 2LT and 2SS only.

I'm starting to move away from stripes. If black isn't offered at factory I don't want a dealer putting them on my car.

If I were doing vinyl, I'd have them done from the factory, but would have faith that my dealer could get them done just fine as well.

But, I'm going with paint.

This is the way im headed to. $470.00 would come very close to some nicely painted stripes.
