Lg headers and stainless works catback

Will the catback fit the headers because those are my decisions i have nailed down to what i want. But i do not want the bottle neck of the 2.5 connector i want 3" complete has anyone run thise combo and if i can just connect them i called lg and they said something about the 3" inch diameter connection so any light on this

I have LG headers with the stainless works retro chambered exhaust with quad tips, I bought a 3"-2.5" adapter from LG and it hooked up. You might have to cut a little bit off of the adapter to get it to fit correctly under the car and not have the exhaust sticking out too far from the exhaust diffuser, but you can definitely make it work and it sounds great!

Are you opposed to goign with the full Stainless works system headers to tips? They are available with the "performance connection" that has no neck-down point and retains 3" piping all the way out.

If budget is an issue, you can do the same thing with their stainless power line and Retro cat-back.

Feel free to call, PM or email me anytime with questions.

Best regards,

When you get our complete system, it is 3" all the way through.

Not sure what Stainless works kit is, but if their connection to the header is 3" I.D. then it should slide right onto our header collector.

JDP is a full retailer of our line of products and I'm sure Tyler can hook you up on either a combo or one of our full kits.

I was looking at the lg system but I want it loud to the max something to take Borla ATAK down and everyone refer me to retro stainless cat back. I love the lg system design so I wanted that as the headers but to be able to connect to the stainless works cat back but still be able to keep the 3" all the way without the bottle neck effect of the 3" to 2.5" to 3"
