The dual tip GM performance cat back that's on the 2013 1LE and Zr1 with Pfadt long tubes is the best sounding and very very loud system I have heard under throttle.
Over 100 members in H town, maybe have I heard 1 or 2 louder cars in the area and they had 1000 hp |

I have the Kooks full exhaust on mine, it is pretty deep and loud without rasp. You could also do a catback and add cutouts somewhere as well, so you can control how loud it is in case you wanted it to be quieter for a highway trip or something like that.

The factory NPP with headers, cats, and a cam is INSANELY loud. I am actually considering a switch, as this is my daily and its just too dang loud for things like date night etc. I am not sure if I would sell the NPP though, because as stated it sounds amazing and I feel like I would want it back on the car once its not my daily.

I prefer the none cutouts options and cam those will come on later. i have heard the npp on a member of our club but its not loud enough i want the raw american v8 sound with the drone and disturbing the peace enough sound to wake the dead and beat the borla atak

Your answer is strait pipe. Pick up the Stainless works muffler delete and remove your resonators. That's as loud as you'll get and it won't cost you a lot of money.
Let me know if yo have any questions. Best regards, Tyler 888-308-6007 |

It actually doesn't pop much unless its decelerating at higher RPMs. But it's a stick, so I just push in the clutch and coast. (Which is something I've always done regardless of exhaust.)

I do that sometimes as well but I'm about to be installing lt headers and I can only imagine how much louder the pops will get. I saw you were running cattless so I was just curious as to what I was in for lol. |

However, considering how loud everything else is, when it does pop, you def hear it! Before I added the cam, it backfired when I started the car at a gas station. Scared the pants off a few people. I LOLd!

I think adams car is louder! His doesn't seem to loud in 5th or 6th but the stereo is always up and its not me in it daily lol! I think there perfect any more would be to much! I had finish line performance no cats and borla on my 97 lt4 camaro after about 2 years it became annoying.. the kooks and hiflo with the single gmhp cat back seems to be a good compromise for me.. but since I bumped it up a 100 rwhp we took cats off. Car is still at shop with gutted cats so I'm not sure how loud it be now. Can't wait to get it back! |
