What's done to the stang. What type of racing? I do quite a bit of "twisties" myself

Absolutely nothing yet. it is a stock stang with the track pack option on it. i am taking it to roebling road by savannah georgia at the end of january to see how it runs on the track. (if its broken in by then, only 1500 miles so far). after its first track day i will decide what to do to it aftermarket wise, brakes and power will probably be the priority.

im used to running a modified Cayman S on the track so it should be a good change of pace

I can't wait to have a racing Camaro. Some people will have to eat their words.

Cool have fun with the stang and track pack. I forsee you wanting brakes and power upgrades soon. I'm sure it will do fine in the corners for now. I bet it has brake fade with too much abuse however.

I'm used to driving a prepped 99 SS, the 2010 was DEFINITELY heavy around track but better than I was expecting.

yeah the recent car and driver article has me quickly saving up for the 14" brake package from roush....... should get the job done. power is not as important to me, i probably will just do the traditional bolt-ons.

are you going to the C5 fest?

I was 'low-balling' so not to scare too many people away. This C5F event is going to be super special, because it is The First. But yes, we can all see this growing over the next couple of years. Nothing but people that love muscle cars, and share their excitement about them.

With the Challengers showing up, it just keeps growing and growing.. and in a great way.

I'm glad there are Challengers going. I think they are hot too. Since there are many of you Chally owners going, I will see if my cousin will bring hers!!! Man I hope she does so I don't have to drive alone.
