Don't know about any of you, but I really don't want a tech tearing into my interior any more than is absolutely necessary. If anything, have them draw up an invoice to show the complaint, but don't let them fix it. That will at least make GM aware of the issue. My $.02
Good Point.

It's probably been banned because it's not 'environmentally friendly.'

Uh oh. Wonder what's gonna happen when it reaches 110 here in Texas? Is the whole interior gonna melt?

At this point in this issue I would suggest that everyone who has this get it checked over by your dealers and see what they can do for you. Hopefully that gets it fixed. If not let me know and I'll do what I can to help all of you.

Wow, I'll have to check mine. If it's common enough, I think gm may just go back to the regular '10/'11 dash on the 2014's.

I have the same thing going on with mine. So far it's only one bubble but it is definatly an air bubble. My interior is grey so its not that noticable yet.

Yeah, mine is doing it as well. I went to look at others at the dealer and the area should definitely be smooth when you press your fingers across the entire portion underneath the vents. But they did have one convertible that had the leather come loose really bad. I could actually move the air pocket underneath.

Sure hope Chevrolet is working on a fix and puts out a TSB on it.

This: http://www.heatshieldstore.com/

It will help even if Chevy gets a fix. When ever parked outside use one of these. Stopped at store etc use it. It will help if not solve the issue. I use this brand on all five of my rides. I have and 83 grand prix and 90 sub that sit out and dash is perfect.

Oh and the car is a lot cooler so less work on the air conditioner, no hot seats etc...
