Sucks...oh well.
Been there too many times as well and the reason I don't need the GFX. It irritates enough tis is.

you would think they would place sensors in the front bumper somewhere to give you an audible warning that you are approaching a curb with in 6 inches.

alot of cars these days have the front bumper so low, it would be a good standard feature.

That's one of the main reasons I refused to get the GFX kit this time around, that thing hits everything.

Damn...got another one. A concrete parking stop got me again! It scraped the corner forward of the air dam on the front passenger side. I sanded the corner down and applied touch up and clear from my dealer. Not too shabby looking. The paint doesn't match perfectly but it sure looks better than the exposed/marred up black plastic you could see where the paint scraped off. Wish I had a before pic to show you all...

I back into every spot. After scraping the airdam one time, that was the last time I pulled in.

Every time I find an angle steep enough.
My driveway isn't so bad, but my friend's driveway sure makes me nervous. I kind of stopped caring since the fascia was inevitably going to lose paint on the underside, and I'm just happy with fact that you can't notice it unless your down on your stomach looking at it from the underside.
Yeah, those 4th gens are just a tad too low.

Only had mine for about 6 weeks when I pulled to far in against a high curb. I just wanted to cry. I was hoping it was the airdam, but sure enough, it looked like the claw marks on a can of Monster on the bottom of the front bumper. My dealer has a guy that comes in every Tuesday and he took care of it for me. I know it wasn't visible to most people, but I knew it was there and it drove me nuts!!

I learned back when I had my 85 Z28 that these type of cars have to be babied when going into parking lots and driveways and such, I'm always concious of that stuff now, haven't done it yet on my 2011

I've always had a (bad) habit of parking way too far back from a parking space block. It's a double-edged sword, seeing as how despite the fact that my car's gigantic ass is sticking out like an AC Unit, I've never so much as touched the chin. So I guess that habit is saving my car's integrity.

Yeah - last year I went into a huge dip in a parking lot. Totally hidden, it took me by surprise. Nothing major but still

YEP!!!! I went to drop off my daughter at a friends house and their culvert stuck out way further than their driveway, I pulled up to park on the side of the road and heard it!!! Scratced the heck out of it. Underneath on the R side. And like yours, it can't be seen unless your underneath or really looking. Thank God, Hubby hasn't noticed yet......

Yeah it's not mom's mini van is it... I haven't scraped mine yet but I try pick and choose where I park it and would rather the ass hang out a bit than the nose get tickled.
