RX Performance, scammed me , now ignoring me

I ordered my catch can back in may from RX performance was told in June it will be about 2 weeks , was told in July it would be about two weeks , Was told in early August it should ship before the middle of the month. I was also told at the end of August it would be in next weeks production run , they have since ceased to reply to me, so it has now been 4 months with no catch can. I have just filed a claim with paypal on this and will hopefully at least get my money back soon. It's too bad because I thought they did a good job of the catch can I had on my SS, but the customer service is way too horrible , 4 months and no product is ridiculous. Not to mention it has now been a month (aug 26) since the last email from them, what a horrible way to do business.

Yeah I have seen a few threads , I also recall seeing one where somebody got a resolution from them , so I gave them the benefit of the doubt , which obviously got me nowhere, except 4 months of them having my money

Took them 5 months to get me my car unfinished with no tune after they told me 3 weeks. I sent it straight to another shop and it's been there since August. So far the bill is 3600 dollars and they aren't done with the problems RX left me. And guess what... they told me its not their fault and they stand behind their installer kid...

I guess I could make a thread about it.....

Couldn't agree more. I'm out upwards of $10,000 after his abortion of a supercharger kit and it's accessories plus a new motor and transmission. It's a shame Rx was propped up on this forum for so long. Imagine all the pain and robbery it would have saved. Good luck getting your cash back my friend.

Looks like im shit outta luck paypal wont do anything after 45 days , but It could be worse, it could be for the amounts you guys are into them for

Do you have Paypal connected to your CC or right to your bank account? if CC, then you may be able to get your CC to step in.

This is why I recommend to buy things online with a Credit card. You can always dispute a transaction. But OP sorry about the Rx crap I'm glad I gave back my Rx can and was able to get refund.

good Lord man.... first you got screwed by HPE and now by RX? wow, you're luck has to turn around soon because not one single person can have that much bad luck.
