I liked it and thought it was well done. This was my first time attending since I just bought my car in April. The next one I will be more social and get a room at the host hotel so I can meet more of the members. Also I will hit the strip and possibly the autocross track as well. I too thing the location was great.

Had a blast... Whether you're into the street meet / car show scene or racing it's a very well rounded event. Just pulling up a chair in the parking lot and having a nice conversation with other like minded enthusiasts is simply the best. Not many events do you get over 1000 cars of the same Make/Model and Generation.

What it is not, is an event run by huge promoters and people with lots of experience putting this sort of thing together. But then 99% of the folks attending are not professional racers or car show people either... Both of these facts can make for some unique bumps in the road... I don't know how it all works, but it just does.

We had a discussion about how friendly everyone was and how easy it is to just say hi and strike up a conversation, because we all have a common interest and were all there just to have fun. Even if something didn't go perfect it pretty much got a pass with the understanding that it would improve as the fest matures.

The sponsors may or may not have made a killing at the event, but I'm quite sure they had a good time too and will benefit as folks go home and purchase new products. Do remember the guys who support your event...

And last but not least, thanks to the mods who work this thing all year long...

If you were in town a few wks earlier you wouldnt have said the fest weekend was hot. It was 10-12 degrees cooler the fest weekend. The humidity is what sucks in Indiana. Yesterday was the perfect day here. Hit a high of about 77. It was great driving around with the top down.

I haven't been able to attend one yet but how could it be nothing but a blast? The volunteers, the vendors who I am sure did not make a killing but were there for the benefit of the C5 community, how could it be not be? I will attend a C5 fest hopefully sooner than later and I know it will be worth it and then some.

To all that make this a great event even for the internet followers...Thanks!!!!

I enjoyed it, we couldn t bring the car, due to heading al lthe way down south. Only stayed Friday for a few hours. Personally, i d have liked a 1 day ticket, but it waswhat it was. it was nice to put faces to cars and actually have vendors that cared. They all took the time to chat with us, I picked up some Oracle lighting and met Jennetty Racing. Ted remembered my calls ans was more than nice!
Hopefully, next year we can bring the Vert!

Loved it! Talked to a lot of people about different things they have done to their cars and got some great ideas for mine. Raced for the first time and won a moderator's award at the car show. Had an install done by one of the vendors. What is not to like.

This was my first time and I had a great time. I met a bunch of cool Camaro owners. The drive from VA to Indy was great too. Loved it!
