i sat in my car for a good 5-6 mins before getting out to look at it...probably for the best haha...
the first thing the guy said was "are you mad at me?" naaaah, i was just waitin for some moron to slam into the back of my new car... wtf.

i answered "well, I'm pretty damn pissed to be completely honest, but me yelling at you isn't gonna rewind time and it ain't gonna fix my car... sure i'm mad at you"

oh you know it, right after i dropped off the car at the shop I called my DV guy- I'm in GA too, so by state law, DV claims must be paid... get my windows tinted, heritage grille, new tires... hey there could be an upside from this

Sorry, glad your not hurt. Cars can be fixed or replaced, people sometimes not.

I'm so sorry to hear about your baby. We got rear ended in our 2002 Camaro and it ended up being over $10k in damage. Be careful to make sure they go deep into the car for damage. Good luck!

$4000 in damage.

New bumper cover, new lower GFX valence ($1100!!!) new rear body panel (interior) bumper absorber, steel bumper, necessary mounts etc. frame rails canted down 1/4-1/2" (similar to if a SUV with hitch was rear ended). lights/reflectors should all be reusable. should take possession on the 12th...

I'm sick. I'll post pictures later. Imagine this...parked car across street from mall, come back, entire quarter panel and door damaged.

Just came back from auto body shop. 20 days to repair since the entire driver side skin will need replacement and possibly some internal parts. Shop explained cut out points, welding, grinding, painting blah, blah, blah. don't want to bore anyone. Luckily

I got one of the 8 R side panels in the US right now.

880 miles, no plates RUKM!!!!!

They promised to make it look like nothing ever happened but that is impossible.

What sucks also is my original sticker on the door frame with GVW and VIN will be gone! Like I said sick!!

Anyone know how to get the sticker replaced?

I'll let you know how the paint comes out!

Maybe some ETOH will help?

Dude this is SO harsh. Saw your ride yesterday with the dent. A couple of shots of Jack Daniels couldn't possibly hurt as long as you aren't driving. I don't drink (much) but I would surely consider it after an event like this after my ride arrives.

If Uncle Sam hadn't picked me clean for taxes I would be ordering that IOM this month!!!!! I have to pay in taxes what it is gonna cost to fix the Cyber Gray Cami! DANG! Cheer Up Terry, drinks on me! Burp! - Foster Brooks
