The tire warranty was the only thing I bought with my Camaro from the Dealership.

Covers Tires AND Rims. Was like $350 or $400 for 5 years.

Only thing it didn't cover was curb damage.

Totally worth it to me.

I assume he is saying if they screwed screws directly into the sidewall. What's the chance a screw is going to be in the sidewall? Shoulder area yes sidewall not likely. They do cover sidewall damage though. Who knows how they would respond to screws in the sidewall.

They'd probably just take care of it. I am not worried about it, though. The majority of us have seen how DT takes care of their customers and they are top notch.

When I picked up my Car at the dealership, they tried to sell me roadhazard for $399. I told them what Discount Tires was charging and they matched the price. Then they tried to sell me road side assistance! Thanks again for the advice!

Discount Tire is Great!!! They take care of all my vehicles. I just wish they were set up to do alignments. I hate stepping foot into Tire Kingdom. And yes i know if they had more equipment they would have to charge more, but one could wish.

so you have to buy 1 warranty for each individual tire?
so it would come somwhere near a grand to get all 4 covered???

Hands down, I support getting the road hazard warranty. I bought mine at the dealership at closing, 19 inch wheels for $199.00 plus tax. Five years coverage on wheels (not scratches) and tires without pro-ration. It can be used anywhere and covers repairs and replacements. A really sweet deal especially considering the expense of just one tire.

On my last three vehicles I've had occasion to need the Road hazard...
