The separate clutch fluid reservoir may not address this issue entirely but it sure keeps the brake fluid clean and makes changing the clutch fluid a snap. I can tell you I have never experienced the clutch pedal issues some seem to have but again my clutch and brake fluid reservoirs have been separated for nearly 2 years and I use ATE Super Blue DOT4.

I'm still waiting. Hasn't done it yet although I haven't been making runs at the drag strip yet either. Probably in the fall I'll start abusing it and then see if I need a fix. Seems to be random who gets it and who doesn't.

I have installed number of Tick master cylinders on Corvettes with great success. I can tell you this product flatout works! By the way, don't forget to order the remote bleeder when ordering.

To bad Tick doesn't have a solution for the 2010+ Camaro. :(

Seems like what it needs is tracking the output signal with current setup then track the signal with any new cylinder setup. Then you need a resistor or black box to get the signal to output the same despite the additional flow by converting the new signal to read like the old one. Its certainly possible but would take more electrical know-how to do the signal conversion than I have. It'd also drive up the price of any fix.

Went to the track this past weekend and did 3 hot-laps (in 85 - 90 degree weather).

After the third, the clutch was getting spongy and didn't really want to release from the floor (it did, but it definitely felt worse).

Let it cool down for a while and it went back to normal.

I have a COMPLETELY STOCK Camaro. She's as stock as the day she came off of the truck at the dealer and I STILL had some clutch issues due to heat.

Obviously the stock solution isn't even adequate for a stock car that runs at the drag strip.

Tick, get this thing figured out and I'm sure you will have a TON of business.

Joey, any news on the master cylinder? Any idea on the ETA? I have customers asking about it.

I have not had any issues with the clutch sticking to the floor.....Yet.

I Just installed the Tick braided line and it does help a bit with the feel of the clutch especially when it is released. This is similar to the "Drill Mod" in 4th Gens except you just change out the line. There isnt more pedal pressure but it does return faster. High RPM shifts are a bit better but it still has a bit of a grind every once and a while on the 1,2 shift. Low RPM shifts are definately improved.

We really need a better master. I would be happy with one that was not adjustable if it flowed more. I know you guys can do it!!

Thanks
Brad
