How wide do you want to go? If you are thinking of a big jump wider wheels will be in order.

I think I've seen people do 285's and some do 295's...that's about the extent that I know of. Good luck

That idea is STUPID STUPID STUPID...

Would you squeeze your foot into a shoe thats too small? Listen dude, the tire size is what fits the wheel. You want wider tires, you need wider wheels. Squeezing a tire onto a rim it wasnt meant to be on is just asking for trouble. The sidewall will be stretched and the contact patch to the road will be compromised. Not only is it unsafe, it wont handle as well and you will be going through tires very quickly. Sorry to be so blunt but its true.

Stock wheels = stock tire size.

Now, you CAN squeeze them on, sure and maybe you can find a shop to do it but I sure wouldnt.

Good idea! Talk to some of the "pros" on here, especially NineBall if you need a better expaination than my smart a$$ one. This has been asked over and over and its just not a good idea safety wise.

I mean, it would "probably" be fine but I know I wouldnt want to take a corner hard and the rear tire pop off the rim because it was squeezed on to fit and the sidewall was buldged...
