Just read the full list of cars that fall under this recall:

For those who have the 2015 Camaro you made the list:

"Chevrolet (510,454, including Buick, Cadillac, GMC, Saab, and Saturn): 2007–2008 Chevrolet Silverado HD; 2015 Camaro, Equinox, Malibu"

That's so weird how the other years aren't included. Good find though!

If the 15 year Camaro is on that list, its only a matter of time till the 10-15 year line up is on there.

Wonder if this will involve the Recaro seats....

UPDATE 5/28/2015, 5:00 p.m.: Ford has added more than 900,000 vehicles to its list of recalls for potentially defective airbags from Takata. The 2009–2014 Mustang to the list. The later-model Mustangs—recalled for driver’s-side airbags—are by far the newest cars to be included in this incredibly broad recall action.

Well the Mustangs 2009-14 are included so the Camaros probably are to.

Does this mean any Camaros repaired since 2015 might have a defective airbag.

I am not sure but I would think it would not matter what kind of seat that you have as it states that when the air bags in the dash activates it send pieces of metal fragments from the air canister that fills the air bag

Time will tell if more years are added to the list. I will keep watching and anything changes I will post them.
