Differential plug o-ring

My differential drain plug o ring is a little torn and I would like to replace it. I'm sure I could find something in mcmaster or the local store the same size...but is there any particular material I should seek out or avoid? Any tips? Should I just see if Chevy has any or will sell the whole plug with ring cheap?

Don't want to mess it up and find out that I chose the wrong ring when the oils all over the road :/

Just take the old one with you and get the same size. Tell them its for contact with oil/grease and that'll get you the right material. (I think it could be buna?)
