I was just trying to offer some comparison to my WRX which is quicker than the 09 wrx.....take it for whats its worth but from my buddy who owns a 09wrx, it handles like a buick lol

I don't know, American Grafitti came out 35+ years ago and we're still having Ford vs Chevy debates. And don't forget the first Fast and Furious came out in 1955 (although it was pretty different).

The WRX is hella strong from a stop, 0-60 in 4.7 econds, after that though the advantage of AWD doesn't matter, and the WRX only runs like 13.5@ what, 103 n the 1/4 mile? So the WRX would give the SS a run 0-60 and then get passed. V6 better than a WRX? Don't think so, not in performance anyway. Considering the WRX starts at what, 24,995 the V6 really doesn't have a price advantage either.

Fact of the matter is that the Supra is a big as they come as far as street credit for people who know more than you (apparently) about cars. Your response both tarnishes your credibility (or lack there of) and reveals either an ignorance towards vehicle potential or a deeply seated bias.

Also, something to note the wrx has some terrible turbo lag and dont make anywhere near their peak HP curve till around 5600 RPM and the same goes for torque. The SS will pull harder down in the lower RPMs when compared to the WRX.

The interior is much better on the SS primarilly because when I turn my system up loud I dont hear any rattles. Those might have came with the loud exhaust over time but still, the interior is a POS. The only thing I really liked about my car is the performance on the track, street, mud and snow. Plus the GF likes the SS 200x more than the wrx!

An honest person whos not afraid to tell it like it is. Amazing, I had almost lost all hope.

There are idiots on here that would claim a 1990 Civic could beat a Camaro SS around the track. Glad to see not everyone is an ignorant ricer.
