P0134 - Is this an issue?

I just went to clear my codes out before inspection and found that I had popped P0134 - Heated Oxygen O2 Sensor Inefficient Circuit. I've been running Catless LT headers with O2 extensions since the summer. I usually get the Cat system low efficiency code every thousand miles or so, but this is the first time I got this one. Is this something I have to do anything about or a nonissue?

Sounds like the front O2 sensor, or it's wiring, has gone bad.
