Need help!!! P1153 and p1155 codes

I installed my stainless works catless headers and stainless works retro chambered catback and got my car tuned.
But lately i have been getting these 2 codes. Usually when i check it will be 1155 active and 1153 pending.

Does anyone know what could be causing this and how i can fix it?

Did you check for a cracked spark plug?

Well i removed them when i installed the headers. That could cause this code?

Not sure what the codes mean..but u could of cracked a spark plug or two

Yes i had it tuned by finish line performance then went to the track the weekend after and all was fine for about 3 weeks after the tune. Then this started popping up

I had the same codes occasionally after install of headers and HF cats and a dyno tune. I took it back to the dyno shop and he found one of the air hoses going to the intake had come loose. Reinstalling it fixed the problem and the code never returned. Typically, this is the code you receive after installing LT headers....doesn't show up on short tubes.
