Thinking about trading my 2LT for SS
Ok it's been a crazy week for me and I got real mad with my car. So I took it to the dealer to trade it in but I really wasn't Serious about it. Well they liked my car a lot and offered me 21,000 for it and I can keep some of my mods. I bought the car a year ago for 23,000 so I think that's a pretty good deal. They have a 13 camaro 2SS black for 38,000, a used 10 camaro 2SS (Manuel) red for 28,000, and a 11 camaro 2LT orange for 22,000. Why would I get a v6 again because I still love my v6 but me breaking a bolt in the head although the car drives fine still I just don't want it anymore and I see an Opportunity to get something better. The v6 is better than mine I think and it's not black and hard to keep up with. Well give me some input on what you guys think. Do you think the cars are too much? Should I not do it? Or just input lol

I think that if you do end up trading, then go for the SS. Why trade in your current car for the same model?

SS. You'll never regret it.

If you don't like the color, wait to find one you'll be happy with. I actually just had the salesperson that sold me my Camaro over a year ago call me out of the blue about an SS they want to off load since it's approaching two years old. He was going to get it to me for the same payments I currently pay on my 2LT. (not sure if true or not) however it was a convertible, and I'm not a fan of the convertibles. So even though it was enticing, I declined.

Makes no sense to trade for another v6.
You need to decide whether you want a different color or different engine. |

Lots of choices that begin and end with the letter S.

Don't trade for another V6, might as well keep modding. Or trade for a SS like I just did. Wow, what a difference, not even close!

I would trade for an SS if I were you...after being in my new F150, it takes every ounce of willpower *not* to floor it and get that euphoric exhaust of my V8.
If there's ever any way at all, I won't ever buy a V6 if there's a V8 option available. I just always felt like something was lacking. I mean, the V6 cars are awesome cars. I don't even care about the power. It's that sound and feel. |
