My order # is: QHNGQH

I placed a factory order on 04/07. They cashed the check on 04/10, and this is what I get when I check the order #:

04/20/2012 (1100) Order placed at dealership. Order passed GM edit tables but dealer has not received allocation to place order.
04/20/2012 (1102) Order entered via web.

Is it normal to wait nearly 2 full weeks from the time I placed the order, to the time that they placed the order? And now the order finally went in on 04/20 and it is 05/07 now, and there is no mention of allocation in the tracking... This is starting to get very frustrating. I don't want to be told a week or two from now that they weren't able to place the order and that it's too late to get my new 2012. Why accept the order if they don't have allocation? And I thought that placing the order on 04/07 meant that allocation wasn't necessary?

Order was at 4200 on 5/1/2012.... Shipped to dealer or enterim point or whatever.. havent heard anything since.. soooooooo, is there a way to find out where my car is?? My dealership is down the road from my work and i keep seeing delivery trucks drive by and its getting crazzyyyy having to see allll these cars get dropped off but not mine lol... just would like to have a better idea of when its gonna arrive
