your ls6 is plastic..pull the tb off your zl.. to make the 102 fit you have to machine all the way back BEHIND the groove for the o ring... easy on a mill, kinda after a hour of setup, then a hour of hand finishing for me, but it would take FOREVER to do it by hand.. its A LOT of metal to move.. look in my blower thread, i think there is a pic in there..

O you mean machining the snout sorry I thought u were just talking about the tb itself

the opening is 90, going to 102 makes it a BIG hole..

So you could use a LS3 90 with no mods? What gains are we talking about? Tune required?

Can anyone chime in on the LS3 TB upgrade ? I'm hoping that with a ported snout, 2.85" pulley and LS3 tb that I don't need a tune, I also have a rotofab intake as well. Is it truly plug and play?

No, you will need a tune for it. You dont have to port the snout though.
