Fog Light Tint

I've been looking for an easier way to tint my DRL's. I picked up some smoke vinyl cutouts for my DRLs but it was too difficult to install around the the light due to the shape of it.

I've noticed some companies have released tinted caps from tail and head lights and was curious if any dealer had a similar option for the DRLs? I'm not looking to go super dark tint, more so a medium smoke for color.

Spray them with clear coat with black paint as a tint, gives you a nice smoked color.

The fogs / DRL's should be a pretty easy application. What did you have trouble with?

Though the Camaro fogs are a bit bigger than these, the application is the same:

Ive tinted all my lights and to be honest the fogs gave me the most trouble, not impossible but took a little more work to get them to lay right. The quality of the tint can play a big role in it too. All my tint came from bigworm which is high quality and easier to use. You can also use the spray tint but its permanent.

It may have been the quality of the tint as it felt more like plastic than rubber. The video sure does make the install look much easier than what I experienced at the time. I may end up giving vinyl another go after seeing your product video HeadlightArmor.

Thanks for the heads up, when I decide to give it another go I'll definitely be looking at your HeadlightArmor vinyl.
