what r people revving the camaros too?
I am wondering what the people with cams, springs, retainers and so on are revving the 2010 Camaros to?
7K, 7.5K?? curious cuz as it sits my car only loses 3HP from its peak till it hits its limiter at 6,650rpms.. really trying to talk myself into cam and springs and so on..

well with stock head & cam im still makin peak power at 6600rpms.. wonder if safe with cam &head rebuild to rev to say 7500rpms.. or is that too fast for pistons & rods..

Id say the stock rods would appreciate staying under 7K RPM...

I think better to do at once and save on tuning car over and over.. Was trying to price out in my head considering I will need dual pump. Aug 1st I might have enough if I decide to stretch my wallet out.. right now I am tied with my dad and he said he going to go for cam. I dont want to be the slower one..

Take you cam money and invest in some track tires. Whats the point of making more hp if you can't get it to the ground . I would be suicidal if my car made 600 rwhp and ran a 12.0. You def hit the track enough to put them to good use. The 18" drag radial set-up will run you near $1200. That ought to be enough to get you well into the 11's.

well was looking at these rims and nt05Rs
Ive been wanted to change rims for looks and maybe if lucky save a lbs or two LoL.. your prob right.. guy at track told me for weight of car and HP I should be able to easily hit 11.1 if I had traction.. then look on a some HP ET calculator and it said about same.. if I had better traction and didnt have to baby out the hole.. then baby 1 2 shift.. Maybe I will do that.. ask dad if I could rent his tires for a night to see what i could run LoL
