1 What was your TPW?

2 Was your car delivered?

3 If your car was not delivered what is your dealer telling you?

4 How many days are/were you in QC hold?

TPW 8/8, QC for about 28 days, Delivered 9/19 with very bad damage to front end. Dealer found replacement. Should be ready for pick up Tuesday.

Ordered 7/30 TPW 8/22
Built 8/23 have been in and out of QC since. It is still sitting in Oshawa. My dealer has given no info and no estimated release date.

Here is an email I received from GM about hold up in QC

your dealer is reporting correct that your car appears to be on a QC hold. Recently most of the Verts have gone into a QC hold since the early August production dates at or around the 10th. Those have since moved out after about 3 to 4 weeks in QC. It is clear that there must have been a part or issue that has required a new part to be ordered and received from the supplier to fix the problem prior to shipping. You are right at that period in which I would expect to see the release and movement from QC. GM does not ever disclose what the issue really was so as not to draw attention to something that is not an issue on other cars. This type of situation is normal however it is rare. The main difference is that the New GM will not ship a vehicle until it meets the high standards established for quality. Sorry I don’t have any more information or detail for you. Mostly we only see the data and trends established by tracking multiple vehicles and understanding on how production processes work. Keep watching and I am sure you will see something in the way of movement very soon. More than likely it will be preceded by another 4b00 right before you see the 4200 shipped status.

TPW of 7/25 and had it in my driveway 8/4. Wish mine would have been in QC then I wouldn'g be having the rubbing and pinching issues with my top. Goes in on Thursday this week to have the canvas replaced.

TPW 7/28/11 and delivered 8/17/11 to the dealer. No QC time that I can see and no problems. Going to head out Saturday...will look the top over really well but I haven't seen any top wear at the one+ month mark.
