Rattle noise when driving over any bumps?

Hey guys/gals hoping you can help me. I've been going back and forth with my dealer over a rattle noise every time i hit a bump or any non smooth road. Sounds like its coming from the area where the seat belt comes out of. ( not sure of the proper term )

I brought it to the dealer once and they thought it was a window liner or something and swapped it. Then they thought a wire inside the door was just hitting the wall. and now they think it's just my seat belt buckle hitting the side. Well, i had people in the car using their seat belts and it still happened. Sounds like a simple test they could've done.

Has anyone else had this problem and got it fixed? If so, do you know what your dealer did so i can tell my dealer. Essentially do their job for them.

See my post. I had the same problem. It's called Oil Canning. There is a service memo for it.
