Door projector lights

I installed door projector lights and tied them into a red/white and a gray wire, I had an issue with the door proector lights and was replacing them and I guess I shorted out the red/white, does anyone know what the red/white is for and the fuse number?

Take a flashlight and look at the top of each fuse. You can see if its good or bad. Either the connection will be still there or the connection broken, looking burnt on each end.
