Your first post said you were gonna put it on in a little bit. You went for a drive instead?

It was shipped to my parents cause they have a house and it's safer than my apt complex...I had just got there from looking at Camaros with my dad (he's gonna buy one). I was gonna do it at their house, but changed my mind and decided to just do it at home. Which I'm going outside to do now...I can't wait til tomorrow lol.

Hmmm first step in the directions is to disconnect the negative battery terminal...video online doesn't mention this and all that is under the hood is a post next to the stock air filter box.

I've installed many cold air intakes and I've never had to do anything with the battery.
I really think it is unnecessary.

Done!! Finally!! Hahaha..hit a couple snags, but it was simple. The snags were my fault except when taking the stock air box off, those rubber grommits are a bitch! Didn't break my stock air box though

I'll get a couple pics up in a bit. Going to drive it around to check it out. One question though. When I turn my car off I hear a noise that sounds like a blow off..is that normal? Oh, and the rubber hose from the tube to the engine sits on a part of the engine and that gets hot, should be okay right? I'll take pics tomorrow when I have light if you need to see what I'm talking about.
