I've said it many other posts about Juvenile antics. If you think you and your car are hot stuff. Take it to a local track. Strip or road track. If something happens, there are safety crews and no families that you could possibly wipe out. I just care about your safety as well as others. If that's lame, then I would like to be known as the "Lame Angel of Safety" and I'll pray for you all!!

And if you need to prove your man hood. Don't race, simply ask them to pull over, drop their pants and you do the same. That's the only real way to prove it.........

highway street racing or inter state street racing is far more irresponsible

then stop light racing when the guy wants to race you just say
"hey lets race up to the speed limit or 60 mph how bout it"

I saw a guy last weekend and he said I was lucky to get the stick because his auto wouldn't run. After we left the light I wondered if he was paddle sticking down to 1st. I've seen a couple threads where people say to do that because if you don't it starts off in 2nd. Have you tried this? Just what I've read on here.

And his car is taking over 7.0 sec just to reach 60mph. My moms SUV can beat that (no joke).

No it would not. 4 cylinders to propel that massive car??

It only cuts down to 4 cylinders once you have reached highway speeds and are cruising. It never accelerates in 4 cyl mode.

both are the same. The one done during stop lights also has a much more likelyhood of having pedestrians around.
